Aroona Events is a luxury event architecture studio founded by Aruna Venkat in 2009. We design and produce destination weddings, brand launches and private celebrations for clients who expect precision, discretion and impeccable taste — across India, the United States and worldwide.
From the first conversation to the final farewell, every detail is considered as part of a single narrative. Colour, texture and emotion converge under one roof — through obsessive planning, curated craftsmanship and flawless show-day command.

We begin with the people, not the Pinterest board.
A considered conversation about family, brand, guest list, appetite and non-negotiables. We leave with a written creative brief, a budget architecture and a date-by-date critical path.
The story becomes a drawing.
Palette, material and light are resolved before a single vendor is engaged. You receive rendered set designs, scaled floor plans and physical swatch boxes — nothing left to imagination.

Florists, chefs, calligraphers, lighting designers and production crews — every partner contracted, insured and briefed against the same design bible, so the room reads as one hand.
The event is engineered in minutes, not hours.
Load-in sequencing, power plots, rigging, staffing rotas and a run-of-show accurate to the minute — with contingency protocols for weather, delay and the unexpected guest.
A silent command structure.
A production lead on comms, section captains on the floor, a guest-experience desk and a family liaison — whose only responsibility is that you never hear about a problem.
The ending is designed too.
Strike, vendor settlement, lost-and-found, curated film and photo delivery, and a closing report of every expenditure — typically within three weeks of the occasion.
