What types of events does Aroona Events plan?
Aroona Events is a luxury event architecture studio specialising in destination weddings, multi-day celebrations, corporate galas, award nights, product launches, milestone dinners and private hospitality events. Every commission is bespoke — from intimate gatherings of fifty to productions spanning multiple cities.
Do you work in both India and the United States?
Yes. Aroona Events operates studios in Hyderabad, India and the Minneapolis / St. Paul area of Minnesota, with offices in Edina, Plymouth and Burnsville. We plan weddings and events across both countries and travel worldwide for destination celebrations.
Do you plan destination weddings in India?
Yes. We produce destination weddings across Rajasthan (Udaipur, Jaipur), Goa, Coorg and beyond — as well as multi-city celebrations that span India and the United States. Guest logistics, travel coordination and multi-venue production are core to our wedding practice.
How far in advance should we book?
Most clients begin nine to eighteen months ahead, particularly for destination weddings and large-scale events. We accept a limited number of commissions each season — an early conversation helps secure your preferred date and production window.
What is included in full planning versus day-of coordination?
Full planning covers the entire journey — creative brief, design, vendor curation, budget architecture, timelines and show-day command. Day-of, week-of or month-of coordination focuses on the final stretch, ensuring every cue lands while you remain fully present for the occasion.
Can we hire Aroona for event design or décor only?
Yes. Our design services include spatial layout, floral direction, ambient lighting and immersive décor — rendered and sampled before execution. We also offer planning consultations for hosts who prefer to manage their own vendor relationships.
What does a luxury wedding planner cost?
Investment varies by scope, guest count, number of venues and production complexity. We offer Luxury Wedding, Signature Wedding, Final Touches and Universal Packages, plus à la carte services. Contact the studio with your occasion and date for a bespoke proposal.
