What types of events does Aroona Events plan?
Aroona Events designs once-in-a-generation weddings, multi-day traditional celebrations, corporate galas, flagship product launches, anniversaries, milestone birthdays, bar & bat mitzvahs, baby showers, and private estate gatherings. Every commission is completely bespoke — never cookie-cutter.
How does an independent event planner differ from a venue coordinator?
An in-house venue coordinator handles the venue's operational rules, facilities, and staff. An independent event planner like Aroona Events represents YOU. We design the overall aesthetic, curate and negotiate with all outside vendors (caterers, florists, DJs, lighting technicians, photographers), manage master timelines, and execute your personal vision from start to finish.
Is our initial consultation complimentary?
Yes. We offer an exploratory introductory consultation at no charge. We use this dedicated conversation to understand your occasion, aesthetic sensibilities, scale, and guest count, ensuring a mutual creative fit before formalizing a commission.
What makes your Month-of and Day-of Coordination unique?
Many coordinators only show up the day of or the evening prior, leading to unnecessary stress. At Aroona Events, our Final Touches coordination begins a full 30 days in advance. We review every vendor contract, run detailed timeline stress-tests, coordinate load-in logistics, direct ceremony rehearsals, and manage event day with tranquil, invisible authority.
Do you provide digital lookbooks, color palettes, and floor plans?
Yes. Our Bespoke Event Design tier includes a comprehensive digital lookbook: customized color palettes, 3D spatial floor plans, ceremony staging details, escort card display concepts, custom lounge rentals, and interactive virtual seating charts with guest entrée selections.
Do you plan destination weddings and corporate galas across borders?
Yes. For over fifteen years we have produced celebrations across Minnesota (Minneapolis, St. Paul, Edina, Plymouth, Burnsville) and destinations nationwide, and we now bring that exact standard to Hyderabad, Rajasthan, Goa, and international destinations.
How far in advance should we reserve our date?
Most couples and hosts connect with us nine to eighteen months prior to their event date, especially for multi-day weddings and corporate summits. Because we accept a selective, limited number of commissions each season, early outreach ensures dedicated calendar exclusivity.
Can we engage Aroona Events for décor, floral design, or advisory only?
Yes. Through our Bespoke Event Design and Universal Turnkey packages, we craft complete floral architecture, mandap and altar staging, lighting washes, and linen curation. We also provide hourly Planning Consultations for hosts seeking vendor contract review and timeline architecture.
What does an event commission cost?
Investment is shaped by guest count, venue complexity, custom fabrication, and scope of services (ranging from Final Touches coordination to full Universal Turnkey production). Investment details are shared transparently during your private consultation.
